Join the waitlist and, once you have access, connect a channel — WhatsApp, email, or calendar — from the app. Facila starts in read-only mode: it reads what arrives and surfaces what matters, and it never sends anything until you approve it.

Open the channel in the app and check that it says Connected. If it was recently connected, give it a minute to sync. If it still looks empty, disconnect and reconnect the channel from its settings — that re-establishes the link. If the problem persists, email us with the channel and a rough time and we will look into it.

Each channel has its own settings inside the app. From there you can reconnect it (useful after a password change or an expired session) or remove it entirely. Removing a channel stops Facila from reading it and deletes its synced content.

No. Facila proposes actions — a reply, an event — and you approve them. When you approve, you are the author of that action. Auto-send, when available, is something you turn on explicitly and can turn off at any time.

You can pause Facila at any time and delete everything — messages, memory, account — in one tap. It is gone for good. For a data request outside the app, write to privacy@facila.ai.
