Clear terms, no maze.
These are the rules for using Facila, written to be read. The short version: your content stays yours, you approve every action, and you can leave — with your data — anytime.
Last updated: July 3, 2026
1. What Facila is
Facila is a personal assistant that connects to channels you authorize — such as WhatsApp, email, and calendar — reads what arrives, surfaces what matters, and drafts actions for your approval. Facila is provided by Facila ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist, using the beta, or using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Waitlist and beta
Facila is in a pre-launch phase. The waitlist only registers your interest — it creates no account and no obligation on either side. Beta access is granted by invitation, may be limited or withdrawn at any time, and beta features can change or break without notice.
3. Your account
When accounts open, you are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use Facila.
4. Your content stays yours
Messages, emails, events, and anything else Facila processes on your behalf belong to you. We never use your content to train AI models, and we only process it to provide the service you asked for. How we handle data is described in our Privacy page — it is part of these terms.
5. You approve every action
Facila starts in read-only mode and proposes actions instead of taking them. When you approve an action — sending a message, scheduling an event — you are the author of that action. Review drafts before approving them: an assistant can misread context, and the final call is always yours.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Facila to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to harass or deceive people, to break the law, or to violate the terms of the channels it connects to (such as WhatsApp or your email provider). We may suspend accounts that put other users, third parties, or the service at risk.
7. Plans and billing
Facila will offer a free plan and paid plans. Prices shown before launch are indicative and may change until checkout exists. When billing opens, paid plans will renew automatically until cancelled, and you will be able to cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period.
8. AI has limits
Facila uses AI to classify, summarize, and draft. AI makes mistakes: summaries can be incomplete, classifications can be wrong, drafts can miss tone. Facila is an assistant, not a substitute for reading messages that matter — do not rely on it for medical, legal, or financial decisions.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep Facila reliable, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may be interrupted for maintenance or by factors outside our control (including the third-party channels it connects to). We may change or discontinue features; if we discontinue the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event. Nothing in these terms removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
11. Termination
You can stop using Facila and delete your account — and all your data — at any time, in one tap. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. For meaningful changes we will notify you — by email or in the app — before they take effect. Continuing to use Facila after that means you accept the updated terms.
